Ms. Sonia Karim joined the PSPC Board as an Independent Director on ___________. Ms. Sonia Karim is an accomplished business leader with a diverse professional background spanning the agriculture, energy, and textile sectors. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Maxim Agri (Pvt.) Ltd., where she is driving innovation in agri-inputs, livestock nutrition, and digital agriculture through initiatives like Zaraee—an e-commerce platform connecting thousands of farmers with quality inputs. Prior to joining Maxim Agri, she held senior leadership roles in the energy sector, including Managing Director of a 200 MW Independent Power Producer (IPP) at Nishat Chunian Group, becoming the first woman in Pakistan to lead such a project.

Miss. Sonia Karim holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from GIK Institute and an MBA from LUMS, and has completed executive programs at institutions such as London Business School and the National University of Singapore.
