ESG Management Structure

A robust governance structure ensures effective ESG integration across the organization:

• Board Strategy & Procurement Oversight Committee (BS&POC)
Provides strategic guidance, approves ESG policies, and oversees long-term sustainable growth initiatives.
• ESG Committee (MC-ESG)
Led by the Managing Director and senior department heads, this committee ensures cross-functional coordination and reviews progress on ESG goals.
• ESG Working Group
Comprising representatives from Operations, HR, Finance, and Quality, this group executes ESG initiatives on the ground and maintains accurate reporting.

Board Strategy & Procurement Oversight Committee (BS&POC)

Management Committee on ESG

ESG Working Group

  • Serves as the central body for all ESG-related activities at PSPC

  • ✔ Implements ESG initiatives at the operational level and ensures compliance with ESG standards
  • ✔ Maintains ESG data for performance tracking and sustainability reporting
