Member PSPC Board / Chairperson Board Audit Committee - Mr. Hafiz Mohammad Yousuf

Hafiz Mohammad Yousaf has been serving as Member of the Board of Directors of PSPC since January 18, 2021. Hafiz Mohammad Yousaf is a highly qualified professional having diversified qualifications from the renowned Institutions of Pakistan, USA, and Canada.  He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Fellow Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Member of Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (CICPA) besides being member of many other renowned international professional institutions.

Mr. Yousaf is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of post-qualification experience, including two decades as Partner and Country Leader Consulting at a Big 4 accounting firm. His expertise spans corporate finance and restructuring, governance, compliance, assurance, and financial advisory services. He has led complex assignments for both public and private sector organizations, with a recent focus on policy formulation, strategic oversight, governance reforms, and high-level decision-making in key corporate institutions.

Mr. Yousaf has served on the Council of ICAP for eight years, including a term as President (2015–16), and has represented Pakistan at global forums such as IFAC, IASB, AOSSG, and CAW. He has also been a Board member of the State Bank of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, where he chaired their Audit and Oversight Committees, respectively. Currently he is the Board Member of (i) SAMBA Bank Limited, (ii) Kot Addu Power Company Limited, and (iii) Security Papers Limited.
