Member PSPC Board / Executive Director Finance & Risk Management - Mr. Meraj Mahmood

Mr. Meraj Mahmood is currently serving as the Managing Director of SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), where he leads nationwide operations supporting the core functions of the State Bank of Pakistan. With a distinguished career in central banking, he previously held key leadership roles including Executive Director – Human Resources and Head of the Internal Audit Department at SBP, where he served with distinction for over two decades.

He holds an MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), USA. In addition, he possesses specialized certifications in Risk Management Assurance, Risk Management Audit, and Auditing from the IIA, reflecting his strong grounding in international audit standards and governance practices.

As a Member of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC), Mr. Mahmood brings extensive expertise in internal controls, compliance, organizational leadership, and risk oversight, contributing significantly to the Corporation’s strategic and governance objectives.
