Mr. Zaffar A. Khan has been serving as Member of the Board of Directors of PSPC since March 09, 2018. is a highly respected corporate leader with an extensive and distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Shell Pakistan Ltd., Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, Acumen Fund Pakistan, and Data Check Ltd. He is also a Director at the Privatization Commission of Pakistan and an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. In addition, he contributes as an Advisor to Acumen Fund, Inc.

Mr. Khan previously held several key leadership roles, most notably as President and CEO of Engro Corporation Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in the company's transformation into a diversified conglomerate. His board-level experience includes chairing major organizations such as Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd., Pakistan International Airlines Corp. Ltd., Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd., Engro Vopak Terminal Ltd., and the Karachi Stock Exchange. He has also served as an Independent Director at Unilever Pakistan Ltd., Askari Bank Ltd., International Industries Ltd., and as a Director at the State Bank of Pakistan.

With a career marked by strategic leadership, corporate governance, and institutional reform, Mr. Khan continues to make significant contributions to the corporate landscape of Pakistan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Peshawar, earned in 1967.
