Managing Director - Mr. Arshad Mehmood Bhatti

Mr. Arshad Mehmood Bhatti is a seasoned central banker with over three decades of diverse experience in public sector leadership and financial regulation. He has been serving as the Managing Director of Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. since October 2023, where he is leading the organization’s transformation into a modern, technology-driven, and customer-focused entity.

Prior to joining PSPC, Mr. Bhatti held several key positions at the State Bank of Pakistan, including Executive Director of the Banking Policy & Regulations Group and Managing Director of SBP Banking Services Corporation. His contributions include the development of the regulatory framework for digital banks, reforms in foreign exchange policy, and modernization of banking supervision. He also served as Director of the Exchange Policy and Banking Inspection departments, driving impactful policy and supervisory reforms.

Mr. Bhatti is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, a Diploma Associate of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan, and holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Forestry. He has represented Pakistan at various international forums and is known for his strategic leadership and commitment to institutional development.
